Hash Time with Nabuguzi Kiwanuka is a weekly podcast rooted in the belief that thriving begins underground; in the unseen, unspoken, and often unhealed parts of our lives. Inspired by NABU Network’s tagline Rooted to Thrive, this platform nurtures the emotional soil of our communities through honest, culturally grounded conversation.
Each episode features guests from across the African continent: mental health professionals, mental health advocates and any other person whose story works either as a mirror reflecting someone's story or a window throw which someone else stands as a witness to their experience. Together, we explore mental health, legacy, identity, and holistic renewal, not as trends but as truths that shape how we grow.
Your donation helps us produce one full year of episodes, covering editing, hosting, guest honorariums, and outreach. With UGX 200,000 per episode, you’re investing in the emotional infrastructure that allows individuals and communities to thrive.
