We can’t thrive if we don’t know how to set boundaries, name what we feel, know our worth or even build positive relationships. Let’s give teens the language of emotional truth.

TPDJ (The Teen Personal Development Journal) is NABU Network’s life toolkit dedicated to teen's self esteem, awareness and confidence. Through the guides, visuals, extra materials and trainings, we help teens understand their emotions, assert their needs, and navigate relationships with clarity.

Your donation funds the creation and distribution of the Journals plus training of 50 underprivileged teenagers who also deserve a chance to mental health literacy and a chance to grow into thriving adults and not surviving ones.

What you’re funding:

- 50 Copies of the Teen Personal

- Workshop designed to support the teens in their usage of the journal

- The 4 in 1 thrivease staterpack (5-minute Gratitude Sheets, Goal Trackers, Vision Board Planners and Self-care bingo cards)

Why it matters:

Emotional literacy is root work. It’s how we prevent harm, build self-awareness, and foster healing before crisis.

“Help us teach teens the language of thriving.”
